   You should have waited until April 1st. You would get medical coverage for the rest of April, just in case. I hope you’re buying travel/medical insurance for Japan. Also, don’t forget to look both ways before crossing the street. And bring a sweater, it’s cold over there.

   Well, once Scott gets his Alien Registration card he is covered by the Japanese universal health insurance!
